Kinetic Boots are a random reward earned from Incursions. It is the final tier of sprinting boots.
Unlike the Wind Boots and Ghost Boots, it does not have a dash ability.
During the sprint, it gives +20 and +80% movement speed.
Sprinting consumes stamina, which is indicated in the buffs list. You can sprint for 4 seconds before running out and regeneration from no to full stamina takes 3 seconds. There is a small cooldown before stamina regeneration starts when you stop sprinting. If you use all your stamina, this cooldown is bigger and it disables any stamina usage until you have all your stamina back again. This means it is best to stop sprinting just before you run out.
