Swamp Grass Tile is a naturally-occurring Tile found in the Swamp Biome. It is destroyed when dug with a shovel and cannot be obtained or crafted. Swamp Grass grows on it.
Using Swamp Grass Seeds on a Dirt Tile will create the tile, while Overgrown Swamp Grass Seeds will create a darker variant. It will slowly spread to nearby dirt tiles.
