The Tic-Tac-Toe Board is an object that can be placed and is a rare drop from The Cursed Crone.
It consists of nine 3x3 squares with separated by one-tile gaps, occupying an 11x11 area. Other objects can be placed in those gaps.
To start the game, right click (or press the interact button) on the center of the board. Stand on a square for about three seconds to register a move. If the game ends in a three-in-a-row, the board creates three projectiles that damage the loser. (If you are playing both sides it will damage you either way.) If the game ends in a draw, nothing happens. The board then resets and must be interacted again to play again.
