Vampires are Monsters that appears in Forest Caves and Snow Caves. They are unusual in that they are able to transform between two forms. They can have a humanoid form in which they will stand still and shoot a blood bolt like projectile. They also have a bat form which is for traveling. When a player is out of range or line of sight, the vampire will change to a bat and fly near the player and transform back into a humanoid to shoot blood bolts.
Vampires have their own Mini Biome called a Vampire Crypt where they spawn much more frequently.
