The Farmer can be found in Villages. He sells Seeds, Saplings and several other items. He will buy Wheat and Sunflower from a player.
When visiting your settlement, they may sell common domesticated animals, including Pigs and Boars, which are not available in the wild. Animals bought from a Farmer will be already tame on purchase and come with a free Rope.
The Farmer is the only Settler who fertilizes Crops. He can also do hauling, crafting, forestry and farming tasks.
