Pouches let the player store more items in their inventory. After completing their respective quest, that pouch can be bought from the Elder.
You can use 2 or more Ammo & Potion Pouches, as they all have their own inventory.
All Void Pouches and Void Bags share their inventory, so having more than one is useless.

Void Pouch	A small personal pouch	20 slots shared with Void Bag	Given by the Elder after completing the Void Wizard quest
Void Bag	A large personal pouch	40 slots shared with Void Pouch	Given by the Elder after completing the Fallen Wizard quest
Coin Pouch	Stores Coins picked up	No slots	Given by the Elder after completing the Pirate Captain quest
Tablet Box	Stores Gateway Tablets picked up	40 slots	Crafted at the Fallen Workstation
