The Void Pouch is a pouch of 20 regular inventory slots. It's given to the player by the Elder as a unique settlement quest reward. After completing the Void Wizard quest, it is sold by the Elder.
Having a second Void Pouch is useless, as the 2 will share their inventory.
The Void Bag is an upgraded version with 40 inventory slots. All Void Bags and Void Pouches share the same inventory.
