The Void Bag is a pouch of 40 regular inventory slots, an upgraded version of the Void Pouch. It can be obtained as a unique settlement quest reward from the Elder or purchased from the Elder after defeating the Fallen Wizard.
Having a second Void Bag is useless, as they will share their inventory. Also the inventory is shared with Void Pouch's inventory.
